Rx Systems PF products can be purchased directly from our corporate
office (via the phone or web site) and salons and spas in our active
markets. To learn more about our active markets, or to locate a specific
salon or spa, contact our corporate office at 800.899.0167.
The office is open Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm (CT).

Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction with our product line is guaranteed. To receive
a credit for products purchased within 60 days, a completed Product
Evaluation Form must accompany the returned product. Your feedback
is very important to us; by completing the Product Evaluation Form
we can continue to strive to meet your expectations. Call and we'll
fax a form to you. Returns must be shipped prepaid and include a copy
of the original Rx Systems PF invoice.
Exchange Policy
To receive a replacement for product a completed Product Evaluation
Form must accompany the original product purchased. The product
to be replaced must be shipped prepaid and must include a copy of
the original Rx Systems PF invoice.
